Certainly one of the best films of Allen, there are so many funny sketches and brilliant jokes, as well as a perfect interlacement
between literary fiction and movie fiction.

Allen once again plays about his life e his neurosis, and he says sincerely that the only place where he can...

John May, a man who lives alone,  has the task of finding the closest relatives of people who died in absolute loneliness. A simple dramatic story but quite distressing due to the protagonist's life rather then to his job. A capable main actor and an original and smart ending. A second work...

One more Hand-held camera horror and more specifically a descendant of the "paranormal activity fashion". It never scares, it never disturbs and often do not even make sense, furthermore it is absurdly trivial.

It's no easy, starting from a such overexploited subject, realize a pleasant film but Nourizadeh succeeds in this and definitely well.

It starts as many others school party movies but soon evolves into something exaggerated and pretty darn cool.

What is most striking here are photography and colors as not unusual for Allen. In addition we have couple of cool characters (Emmet and Hattie) and some funny moments but a story a little trivial.

I don't know how much this movie is faithful to the actual facts (enough, according to many sources) but for sure it's quite pleasant to watch. The narration has a fast but smooth pace and it manages to involve the spectator in the main character's projects and hopes. All characters are cool and...

An absolute triumph of rhetoric. Solemn speeches and good feeling everywhere. Gibson's recitation is not credible in more than one occasion. Fortunately, the battle scenes are quite realistic and exciting. Fine music.

One more film inspired by videogames, quite funny, original and with a good amount of irony. It manages to capture the viewer's attention. Unfortunately the final part falls in the usual stereotypes and banalities.

Virzì appears to have refined his style and technique, though remaining on similar contents. Human capital tells the story of three families from different social classes, which however, regardless of their statusare, are moved by the same interest, money. Everything has a price: success,...

Definitely better than the Emmerich's film, this one show us an alternative and nice Godzilla. The plot, while being simple, is never boring. Unfortunately, as in many other high budget movies, the script is full of inconsequent events
